We are a global company. To handle your enquiry, your data may be shared with:
- COUGAR Global HQ (Taiwan) — central intake and coordination. Taiwan has no EU adequacy decision; transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914).
- The authorized service partner/distributor in your country — where local follow-up is required. Bound by a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28) and prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
3. You may withdraw at any time
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting cs-sales@cougargaming.com. Withdrawal stops further processing; if your enquiry is still open we can no longer respond to it.
